DigiShiksha is a School ERP platform. All data inside the application is provided and controlled by the respective School. Jawala Fusion Technology does NOT independently collect or sell any user data.
1. Nature of the Application
DigiShiksha operates strictly as a School ERP system for managing academic and transport activities.
- All Student data is entered by the School.
- All Teacher data is entered by the School.
- All Driver data is entered by the School.
- All User IDs and Passwords are created by the School administration.
2. Data Collection Policy
We do NOT:
- Collect personal data independently
- Sell user data
- Use data for advertising
- Share data for marketing purposes
We only provide the technical platform required for the School ERP system to function.
3. User Roles & Access
Teachers
- Mark student attendance
- Upload marks and exam results
- Assign homework
- View class-related student data
Drivers
- View details of students assigned to their specific van/bus
- Access only transport-related information
Students/Parents
- View attendance
- View marks
- View homework
- View notifications
4. Data Ownership
All data belongs to the respective School. Jawala Fusion Technology acts only as a technology service provider.
5. Data Security

- Role-based access control

- Server-level protection measures
Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user credentials created by them.
6. Legal Compliance

7. Data Sharing
